I am addicted to new recipes. I love the process of looking for something new and shopping for ingredients. Smitten Kitchen is my new obsession. I love her photos and the straightforward way she explains recipes and ways to tweak or make them better. Tonight we had Asparagus, Goat Cheese and Lemon Pasta.
Of course, she had me at goat cheese.
It was a super easy and very fast meal. Perfect for a weeknight.
It was a hit, and Turtle cleaned her plate. Definitely a keeper, if I can force myself to make the same thing twice.
