In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, then whisk into egg mixture. Cook on generously buttered griddle or pan until air bubbles cover the surface. Flip, without a turner if you’re awesome like me. Arrange into Mickey Mouse and cover with syrup. Watch as your kid eats three bites and declares herself full. Wonder why you bother.
