Given a Saturday or Sunday with nothing pressing on the agenda, I tend to bake. It doesn’t help that I have a sweets-loving daughter as well, who’s always ready to lick spatulas and bowls. So yesterday, after attending a morning birthday party, we decided to make chocolate peanut butter cupcakes.
If you have any interest at all in the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, you should make these tout suite. The recipe is from The Curvy Carrot, and the only things I did differently were to halve the recipe and forgo the Reesie cup garnish.
There is a peanut butter ball filling that I could have just eaten by itself.
