Spaghetti with Gorgonzola, Mushrooms and Peas

4 servings

9 points per serving

adapted from Weight Watchers

6 oz. spaghetti

2 cups skim milk

2 Tbsp flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/8 chili powder

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Gorgonzola

1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup frozen green peas

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, warm milk in a large skillet and add flour. Whisk until incorporated. Add salt, pepper and chili powder. Stirring constantly, bring milk to a simmer. Add cheeses and stir until melted and thickened. Add peas and stir until heated through.

In a separate skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until softened.

Drain pasta and add to sauce, along with the mushrooms. Serve.
