grainline tank and afternoon at the museum

I finished my third Grainline Tiny Pocket Tank, minus pocket that is, earlier this week. I made this one up in a great Swiss dot fabric and I think it'll get a lot of use this summer. I used slightly larger seam allowances on this one, just to slim it down a little.

I wore it to the Frida & Diego exhibition today, where we had a fun Mother's Day outing with my mom and youngest sister. This shirt pattern is super; it really goes with anything. Now that I think about it, I should have tucked it into this high-waisted skirt. Oh well, next time.

After the museum we got dessert. … And now we have no need to eat dinner. Talk about sugar coma.

And an excellent score of Pyrex and glassware at the junk shop. Not a bad start to Mother's Day weekend.
